On November 5, 2003, CyberLynk completed the move of their Chicago Data center the new Level 3 Data Center. Level 3 (Nasdaq: LVLT) is an international communications and information service company headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. They are one of the largest providers of wholesale services to ISPs in North America. In addition, they are among the top three largest Internet carriers in the world and five out of the top six Internet service providers in the US use them.

Adam Hobach, Engineering Manager at CyberLynk said: “The decision to move to Level 3 was based on two key factors. Those factors were the need for a larger connection to the Internet and the fact that Level 3 has the infrastructure to support Cyberlynks future growth.”
